How are sustainability principles incorporated into agri-food training programs? What are the most effective training models and tools for teaching sustainability principles?
The Train To Sustain (T2S) Erasmus+ team attempted to answer these and other questions by organizing a LTTA in Biotehniški Center Naklo, Slovenia (11–13 November 2025).
Theme: “Co-Creating a Vision for a Future MOOC on Food Sustainability in VET”. Partners from Ireland, Slovenia, Italy and Poland: 25 participants
In addition to the project partners, the LTTA also included teachers and researchers from other organizations, who participated in an engaging three-day brainstorming session. Many insights and suggestions emerged from the shared work, which are useful for implementing the training materials the consortium is developing.
What’s planned:
- Presenting national MOOC analyses + draft infographic
- World Café and co-design workshops to shape the MOOC framework
- Peer review, a round table and a good-practice tour at BC Naklo
